Flowers, to the Rescue?

Flowers can help your emotions? What!? Sounds strange doesn't it? Bach flower essence, Rescue Remedy is a blend of Rock Rose, Clematis, Impatiens, Cherry Plum and Star of Bethlehem flowers. Rock Rose is for courage and presence of mind. Clematis is to help with focus when you feel ungrounded or inattentive. Impatiens lends a hand in feeling more patient with problems that arise or the people in our lives. Cherry Plum helps with having a more balanced mind, calm, and rational thinking, especially when we fear losing control. And last, Star of Bethlehem offers a softening of impact when there is shock or fright.

I've used Rescue Remedy for myself and those in my office with great results. This flower combination is great for taking the edge off panic attacks, racing heart, sweaty palms. It can be helpful when taken before a big test, speaking engagement, or receiving bad news. I've also put a few drops in my pet's water knowing a thunderstorm was coming.

If you're looking for emotional help, flower essences are by far, in my opinion, the best, least invasive help for less than $20, in most cases. Contact Ginger for more information on how you can help you  and those you love with flower essences.
