Brain Gym Founder Discovers Benefits of Hydration

Akiko, a woman in her forties, shared that she was taking an evening math class and had been really struggling with the quizzes and test. After our previous Brain Grym class, she had gone ot her evening math class and taken along a bottle of water. "
"There was a quiz that night, and the only Brain Gym activity Akiko did was to regularly sip water throughout the class. She score 100 percent on the quiz! In her next class, two nights later, there was another quiz, and she sipped water an d again scored 100 percent! Akiko was amazed that this small act on her part could make such a difference in her personmace. For me as an instructor, this story points out once again that you never know which Brain Gym activity [of the 26} will 'switch on' a student."
